The countdown to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Malta and the 15th anniversary of Malta Fashion Awards was officially started on Friday 25th January at The Cavalieri Hotel in St. Julians.

Journalists, writers and other media people, sponsors and advertisers, wound down their work week at a drinks reception with freshly prepared sushi; while they enjoyed the very first public viewing of a 7 minute clip that has been prepared for international promotions.

Addressing the audience, executive producer Adrian J. Mizzi thanked Mrs. Bernadette Bonnici Kind on behalf of Mercedes-Benz, for their continued support throughout the years.  He also thanked other corporate sponsors that are being announced in the coming days and explained some of the projects currently being planned for this year.
