The new designers show excited many people in the audience, the chance to see something new and fresh, discover new talent and understand what the new generation of local designers can bring to this industry is truly exciting. The show featured 10 designers, 7 students from MCAST (Natasha Polidano, Andre Xiberras, Dhalia Grech, Alicia Busuttil, Anthea Calleja, Martha Camilleri, Danial Gitmanovich) and another 3 designers (Christine Ann, Eversinc, Nikolai Mifsud), handpicked by Malta Fashion Week from the applicants that put their name forward to participate. Lead makeup artist for this show was Marlene Vassallo whilst lead hair stylist was Dominic J Bartolo.

This show was later followed by a show by Sanja from Slovenia, a highly artistic show that told a beautiful story. Hair was led by Claire Vassallo and makeup by Nika Kwolino. The last show of the Night was Nilara, she showcased a lovely collection stemming from an African-culture inspiration. The models wore a hairstyle with mini space buns and stunning, creative makeup. Makeup was led by Elaine Galea and hair was led Vanuska Mifsud. The overall vibe of the show was very hyped, at some points the audience was almost at their feet.
